The Reverend Dr. John Lombard was ordained in South Congregational Church (UCC) in Kennebunkport, ME in 1976 and has served as Senior Minister at Trinitarian Congregational since 1993. With degrees from Colby College, University of Wisconsin, Yale Divinity School and Boston University School of Theology, John is deeply committed to parish ministry, development of the life of faith, betterment of local community life and outreach to the larger world including concerns for peace and social justice.

John and his wife, Janet, have two adult daughters. Janet is a world language teacher at Bromfield School in Harvard, MA. John enjoys local community involvement, Concord history, international travel, bicycling, cultural opportunities in the greater Boston area and occasional escapes to the Maine seacoast. He remains loyal to the Red Sox in good times and bad!
